All eight conference teams will be shown at least twice in the run up to the 2016 NCHC Frozen Faceoff in Minneapolis.

Entering the conference's third season, the National Collegiate Hockey Conference (NCHC) will once again have 14 games nationally broadcast on CBS Sports Network leading up to the NCHC Frozen Faceoff in Minneapolis on March 18-19.

Each of the eight NCHC teams will be featured at least twice in the regular season and CBS Sports Network will broadcast in every rink except Minnesota Duluth's AMSOIL Arena.

The number of games broadcast stays the same for the second straight year. (CBS Sports Net showed 18 in the NCHC's inaugural season 2013-14.) Six of the conference's eight teams made the 2015 NCAA Tournament; the most out of any league. Two - North Dakota and Nebraska-Omaha - reached the 2015 Frozen Four in Boston.

All games will be shown during the season's second half, kicking off with Denver hosting Notre Dame on New Year's Day (January 1, 2016) in a non-conference game. With the exception of the following weekend's game (January 9) between the Fighting Irish and Western Michigan, all CBS Sports Network regular season games are on Friday nights.

That includes a featured pair of Friday night doubleheaders on January 29th and February 12th.

Ben Holden and Dave Starman have provided commentary each of the past two seasons with Shireen Starman providing rinkside reporting.
