The NCHC announced a pair of supplemental one-game suspensions today stemming from incidents last Saturday.
The first is to Western Michigan's Mike McKee. McKee was assessed a five-minute major and game misconduct for a check from behind in the second period of last Saturday's game against Nebraska-Omaha. McKee will have to sit out next Friday's game against North Dakota as a result.
Denver's Trevor Moore was also hit with a one-game suspension. He was assessed a five-minute major for clipping, delivering a low hit to a player without the puck early in last Saturday's game against North Dakota. Moore returned after the major to score two goals, including the game-tying goal in a 3-3 tie, as well as the only successful attempt in the game's shootout. Moore will miss next Friday's game against Colorado College.
