North Dakota exploded with five second period goals on Friday night en route to a 5-2 road victory over St. Cloud State to take over sole possession of first place in the NCHC. To keep their NCHC regular season title hopes alive, St. Cloud will need to bounce back in front of a sellout home crowd on Saturday night. North Dakota can secure at least a co-league championship and the number one seed in the NCHC playoffs with a regulation win tonight.
