USA Hockey announced the roster that will represent the United States at this year’s World Jr. A Challenge.
The tournament, featuring top Jr. A players from around the world, will take place from December 10-16 in Truto, Nova Scotia. After not playing in the first WJAC, the United States has won a medal in each of the 10 tournaments they have played, winning seven gold medals and three bronze medals.
The US roster this year is made up entirely of players from the USHL, with all 22 players currently committed to NCAA schools. Four players on the team have already been selected in the NHL Draft, while a number of other prospects are likely to be selected this summer.
