USHL 30-Man Protected Rosters and Affiliate Lists

July 10th is an important day in the USHL. After a long month of tryouts and tough decisions, each team has to submit a list of the 30 players they are protecting on their roster for next season, as well as the 18 players that are on their affiliate list.

After today, teams will have until September 1st to cut their protected roster down to 25 players, and then will cut down to their final roster of 23 players by September 23rd, just before the start of the regular season.
