Cole Bruns has yet to commit to an NCAA program, but that doesn't mean he's gone unnoticed. If any college programs hadn't taken notice of Bruns before this season, they have now. The Prairie Grove, Ill. native has started out the USHL regular season with five consecutive shutouts for the Omaha Lancers.

Bruns has made 117 saves over 300 minutes of action, averaging 23.4 stops per game. That also signifies to the shutdown defense being played in front of him. The 19 year-old is in his second full season in the USHL. Bruns will most likely be manning a crease on a college campus next fall.
