Former hockey player Teddy McCarran is no longer enrolled at Merrimack College following a drug arrest in August, according to Mike McMahon of College Hockey News.
McCarran was reportedly wanted by the Londonderry (NH) Police Department on 25 drug-related charges, according to a published report in the Lawrence Eagle-Tribune. The Derry, NH native turned himself into police on Monday, Aug. 24, 2015.
McCarran appeared in just nine games as a rookie last season. He reportedly used his father's passport to obtain percocet pills illegally from a drugstore. He is scheduled to appear in court on Oct. 6.
