Jeremy Bracco Nearing Decision Between Boston College and OHL

US NTDP forward and recent second round draft choice of the Toronto Maple Leafs Jeremy Bracco is committed to play college hockey at Boston College next fall, but it has been known for some time that Bracco has not been entirely firm in that commitment and has been considering a jump to the Ontario Hockey League, where the Kitchener Rangers hold his rights.

In an interview with The NHL Flash while at Toronto Maple Leafs camp, Bracco said he still hasn't made up his mind, but is nearing a decision and will likely make it next week after he returns home from prospect camp.

While Bracco publicly says no decision has been reached, some very credible rumors during the NHL Draft Combine were that Bracco was highly likely to sign with the Rangers after the NHL Draft and it's hard to imagine the Toronto Maple Leafs, whose front office is basically Team OHL, pushing him in any other direction. A change of heart is always possible, but right now, it looks like the Eagles will lose a highly-skilled forward to the OHL for the second straight season after being spurned by Sonny Milano last summer.
