Matt Grzelcyk announced he will return to Boston University for his senior season at the team's end of year banquet on Friday night. The Boston Bruins prospect was arguably the most improved player in college hockey a year after suffering a season-ending shoulder injury.
A native of Charlestown, Mass., Grzelcyk had 10 goals and 28 assists as the junior captain led the Terriers to a Beanpot championship, Hockey East regular season and tournament championship. BU fell to Hockey East foe Providence College in the NCAA Frozen Four championship.
