Hurricanes prospect Foegele leaving UNH for OHL

Carolina Hurricanes prospect Warren Foegele is leaving the University of New Hampshire hockey team to sign with the Kingston Frontenacs of the Ontario Hockey League (OHL), according to Bob McKenzie of TSN.

The Markham, Ontario native was the 67th overall selection in the third round of the 2014 NHL Draft. A product of St. Andrew's College, a Canadian prep school, he was a sophomore at UNH. Foegele had five goals and 12 assists in 37 career games for Dick Umile's Wildcats.
