University of Vermont hockey coach Kevin Sneddon has reinstated junior goaltender Brody Hoffman following an indefinite suspension that lasted just one game. Hoffman was suspended for violation of team rules due to leaving the bench and showing his displeasure in the runway to the team's locker room after being pulled in the team's 4-2 loss to Boston University last Friday night.
Sneddon told Ted Ryan of the Burlington Free Press that it was an indefinite suspension, but the Wilkie, Saskatchewan native has been reinstated following just a one-game ban. Hoffman will be eligible to return when the Catamounts visit Boston College on Friday evening. UVM is 1-5-1 in its last seven games.
