Providence, RI -- Boston College and Providence meet for the second and final regular season meeting between the two Hockey East foes Friday night at Schneider Arena. The Eagles won the first matchup between the two clubs at Conte Forum earlier this month by a score of 5-2.

The Eagles have a commanding hold on the top spot in the Hockey East standings with a conference record of 11-1-1 for 23 points. The Friars are in third place, eight points behind, with a record of 7-5-1 inside the league.

Tonight will feature a matchup of two of the hottest young goaltending prospects in the United States. Thatcher Demko is the top rated North American goaltender for the 2014 NHL Draft while Jon Gillies is property of the Calgary Flames. The two were teammates on the 2014 World Junior Championship team that failed to medal in Malmo, Sweden.
