Defenseman Marc O'Rourke scored twice, including the game-winner, as No. 10 Hingham defeated Arlington, 4-2, in Monday's first Super 8 Play-In game. Marshall Terress and O'Rourke scored first period goals to pace the Harbormen to a 2-0 lead. After a scoreless second period, Kevin Ouellette's goal 22 seconds into the third period cut Hingham's lead in half. O'Rourke added his second of the game with 4:23 to go in the game. Mic Curran redeflected a pass from John Pigott into the net with 36 seconds left to give the Spy Ponders life. Jack Hennessey iced the game for the Harbormen with an empty net goal with 10.4 seconds left. Matt Personeni was the winning goaltender. Hingham advances to play No. 2 Pope Francis in the best-of-three quarterfinals that start Sunday.
