Franklin, Mass. -- The Massachusetts Interscholastic Athletic Association announced the field for the 2014 Super 8 on Saturday afternoon. BC High earned the number one seed while three-time defending state champion Malden Catholic will be the two seed. Springfield Cathedral, the team with the most NCAA commitments, will be the three seed.
St. Mary's of Lynn was the last team left out of the field while Arlington Catholic, St. John's Prep, St. John's Shrewsbury were also left on the outside looking in.

9. Archbishop Williams
10. Catholic Memorial
The play-in games on Monday will be at Stoneham Rink. Xaverian will play Archbishop Williams at 5 p.m followed by Braintree and Catholic Memorial at 7:45 p.m. The second game will be a rematch of the final game of the regular season, won by Braintree, 3-0.
The first round will be Sunday, March 2 at the TD Garden. The first game will be at 12 noon.
