BOSTON -- For the first time since 1993 Harvard University will have bragging rights among its college hockey brethren in the city.

The Crimson ended their Beanpot drought with a 6-3 win over Boston University in the final at the TD Garden in front of 15,941. Freshman Nathan Krusko was named the Beanpot MVP after scoring two goals and adding an assist.

Northeastern defeated Boston College, 4-2, in the consolation game that was played just prior to the championship game.
