Quinnipiac’s Logan Mick Suspended One Game

Quinnipiac freshman forward Logan Mick was assessed a five-minute major penalty and game misconduct for hitting from behind in the first period of Quinnipiac’s 3-0 loss to Boston University on Saturday.

Today, after reviewing tape of the incident, the ECAC has announced that Mick’s penalty has also earned a one-game suspension per the league’s supplemental discipline policy.

Mick will have to sit out this Tuesday when Quinnipiac hosts another Hockey East foe in UMass. Mick had dressed in two of Quinnipiac’s six games prior to this suspension.
