New Jersey Jr. Titans 16U right defenseman Julian Kislin has verbally committed to play college hockey for Jim Madigan at Northeastern University.

The Manalpan, NJ native is a mobile defender who skates very well. The '99 isn't flashy, but he can make simple, heady lead passes. In fact, he's at his best when he's keeping it simple and not trying to overly force plays in transition. He played for Team Comcast 16U in the USPHL last season.

He's a player who is raw and has already shown signs of improving just over the past year. The Huskies coaching staff is clearly banking on the trajectory of his development continuing upward. Eligible for the 2017 NHL Draft, Kislin will likely matriculate to NU for the 2018-19 season.
