Thunder Bay(SIJHL) '98-born forward Brad Belisle has committed to Bemidji State.

Belisle has strong family ties to the Beavers. His father Omer played for Bemidji State from 1991-1995. He is also related to current Bemidji State assistant coach Ted Belisle.
Belisle was the top forward on the Thunder Bay Kings U16 team last season. He's a strong, power forward-type that plays smart on both ends of the ice. He was selected in the third round of the OHL Draft by the Sarnia Sting, and the 14th round of the USHL Entry Draft by Fargo. Fargo chose to keep Belisle on their affiliate list.
