Indiana Ice (USHL) Defenseman Vince Pedrie Commits to Quinnipiac

Four players hailed from the state of Minnesota on Quinnipiac's roster last season, including Hobey Baker Award finalist Eric Hartzell.

Apple Valley, Minn. native Vince Pedrie has committed to playing his college hockey at Quinnipiac University for head coach Rand Pecknold. The third-year USHL defenseman is a physical and mobile blue liner who will add to an already talented roster in Hamden. He played a season-and-a-half with the Omaha Lancers before being traded to the Indiana Ice during the 2012-13 season. The '94 will arrive in Hamden for the 2014-15 college hockey season.
