Sonny Milano has switched his commitment from Notre Dame to Boston College, according to multiple sources. The US National Team Development Program forward is considered an "A" prospect for the 2014 NHL Draft, per NHL Central Scouting Service.
The '96 from Massapequa, NY is in his second season with the USNTDP. He previously played for the Cleveland Barons Midget program. His offensive creativity and flash with the puck stood out at September's USA Hockey All-American Prospects Game.
Boston College head coach Jerry York continues to bring in an almost unbelievable stable of riches to Chestnut Hill. It is expected Milano will arrive at BC in the fall. He had originally been a 2015 recruit for the Fighting Irish.
