Big 10 Recruiting: Omaha Lancers Defenseman Steve Johnson Commits to Minnesota

Omaha Lancers defenseman Steve Johnson has committed to play college hockey at the University of Minnesota. The Minnetonka, Minn. native is playing his first season in the USHL after playing last season for the Aberdeen Wings in the NAHL. Johnson has two assists in three regular season games this season for Omaha. The '94 will arrive in Minneapolis to begin playing for Don Lucia's Golden Gophers in the fall.
