ECAC Recruiting: CT Yankees Goaltender Bruce Racine Commits to Colgate

Colgate has landed a big goaltender from the newly formed USPHL Premier Division.

CT Yankees goaltender Bruce Racine has committed to playing college hockey for Don Vaughn at Colgate University. The big Bethesda, Md. native takes up a lot of the net, and moves well for a goalie of his size. Racine has a .911 save percentage this season in the newly formed USPHL Premier Division.

Colgate is 2-4-1 after a tough stretch to open the season. The Raiders have faced Ferris State, Bowling Green and St. Cloud State for two games each. Senior Eric Mihalik will graduate, leaving current freshman Charlie Finn and sophomore Spencer Finney as the only returning goaltenders for Vaughn's program.
