The Big Ten announced a one-game suspension for Wisconsin's Corbin McGuire for a knee-to-knee hit on Minnesota's Connor Reilly in last Saturday's Minnesota-Wisconsin game.
You can see video of the play here. If anything, McGuire is probably lucky he was only suspended one game for the hit. Though he claimed it was unintentional, it was a very ugly hit, and Reilly was injured on the play.
He will miss Wisconsin's next game on the road at Penn State next Friday.
