Three games down, two to go.
Here at Xcel Energy Center for the nightcap between Minnesota and Ohio State. The Buckeyes, unlike previous Thursday winner Penn State, is not going with the same lineup Friday as in Thursday's 2-1 win against Michigan State. Freshman Christian Frey is the presumptive starter while Lakeville native and OSU overtime hero Drew Brevig is apart of the one change. Brevig was paired last night with Justin DaSilva. Tonight he will be partnered on D with Clark Cristofoli.
Sam Warning returns for Minnesota after being held out of last Saturday's 6-2 loss to Michigan for precautionary reasons. He is up on the first line with Kyle Rau and Hudson Fasching. Warning has had success against the Buckeyes. The junior scored his first career hat trick versus OSU January 18th in a game that Frey started.
Adam Wilcox is expected to get the nod in net. Like Warning, the sophomore goaltender and Big Ten Goalie/Player of the Year, was not in last Saturday's loss.
