Minnesota's Seth Ambroz Scores a Crazy Goal

Ambroz extends Minnesota's lead with a strange goal

Minnesota forward Seth Ambroz has taken the early lead for most creative, and craziest goal of the college hockey season.

Ambroz came down the right wing and fired a shot on Mercyhurst goalie Jordan Tibbett. The rebound careened into the corner, but Ambroz, just trying to get the puck back to the front of the net, chased down the rebound, fired the puck between his legs, and got a lucky bounce to give the Gophers a 2-0 lead over the Lakers in the second period of their Icebreaker semifinal.

Thanks to CJ Fogler(@cjzero), we have video of the goal.
