USA Hockey announced a 46-player roster for an evaluation camp held in Blaine, Minnesota at the end of the month for the purpose of selecting the US women’s national team that will compete in this year’s World Championships held May 6-16 in Truro, Nova Scotia.

This year’s Worlds hold a little extra intrigue because we’re heading into an Olympic year, with less than 11 months until the 2022 Winter Olympics are currently scheduled to take place.

Here is the roster of 46 players selected to attend the camp. Twenty-two of the 46 players are current college hockey players, plus defenseman Caroline Harvey, who is slated to attend Wisconsin beginning next year.

We discussed some of the potential players that could work into the national team mix in a post last week.
