Lettieri had a breakout senior season for the Gophers, scoring 19 goals after scoring 18 combined in his previous three years.
Lettieri has an extremely quick first step and great acceleration and his a heavy, accurate shot with a quick release makes him a good scoring threat.
He is expected to join the Rangers’ AHL affiliate in Hartford for the remainder of the season before beginning his contract next season.
