Ohio State will add transfers Wyatt Ege and Sean Romeo for the 2016-17 season although both will have to sit out a year before being eligible for the 2017-18 campaign.

Ege had four goals and nine assists in 34 games played for the Seawolves this past winter as a freshman. The Elk River, Minn. native earned a spot on the WCHA All-Rookie team as a result. He will have three years of eligibility left starting with the 2017-18 season.

Romeo, a Carey, NC native, played in just two games for the Black Bears this winter. The former Youngstown Phantoms goaltender went 7-13-1 with a 3.04 goals against average and .902 save percentage as a rookie in 2014-15. He will have two seasons remaining after sitting out this upcoming year.
