The NCHC announced twelve players to their annual all-conference teams, along with six other players receiving an honorable mention.

In no surprise, the conference's top three teams, North Dakota, St. Cloud State, and Denver dominated the award voting, with those three teams accounting for 13 of the 18 available slots, including all six spots on the top team.

Votes were casts by the league's eight coaches, and a student-athlete representative from each team.
