BC's Wood Suspended for Head Contact in Beanpot

Hockey East has suspended Boston College freshman forward Miles Wood for one game due to head contact at the 15:44 mark of the first period in the Beanpot final on Monday night against Boston University.

Wood, a New Jersey Devils draft pick, will miss Friday's home game against Hockey East foe Merrimack and will be eligible to return a night later when the Eagles travel to face the Warriors in North Andover.
