Boston College Tops USCHO.com Preseason Division I Men's Poll

For the seventh time in the 19 year history of the USCHO.com Division I Men's Poll, Boston College is tops in the country. Jerry York's Eagles received 19 of the 50 first place votes for a total of 907 points.

Behind BC was second ranked Minnesota-Duluth with 12 first place and 836 points. Boston University, North Dakota and Denver rounded out the top five.

Minnesota State was the top entrant from outside Hockey East and the NCHC. The defending WCHA Champions came in at the sixth position. One spot below the Mavericks was defending NCAA Champion Providence College. Harvard, Minnesota and Nebraska-Omaha were ranked eighth through tenth.
