St. Louis-born '97 forward Jake Henderson, a former commit of Providence College, announced on Thursday that he has signed with the OHL's Kitchener Rangers, thus ending his college eligibility:
Can't describe how excited I am to be a part of the @OHLRangers and to start a new journey! Can't wait for the season to start! #Rangers

Henderson has played the last two seasons with the Omaha Lancers of the USHL after tendering with them in 2013. He posted a 7-13-20 scoring line in 57 games with a whopping 158 penalty minutes last year.
Henderson joins some former St. Louis Jr. Blues U16 teammates in signing with the OHL this summer. His former Jr. Blues linemate Matt Tkachuk signed with the London Knights earlier this summer, while his goalie on that team, Luke Opilka, also signed with the Kitchener Rangers.
