Union's Colin Stevens Signs with Florida Panthers

The Florida Panthers announced on Friday that they have signed Union senior goalie Colin Stevens, an NHL free agent, to an entry-level contract.

Stevens finished his senior year with the Dutchmen sporting a 2.31 goals against average and .920 save percentage, but is perhaps best known for backstopping Union to the school's first ever national title last season.

Stevens is listed at 6'2" 181 lbs., and the lanky goalie has good athleticism for his size.
