NBCSN Announces Their 2014-2015 College Hockey Television Line-Up

NBC Sports Network has announced their television schedule for the 2014-2015 season, according to Ken Schott of the Daily-Gazette.

Nineteen games are scheduled to be shown on the cable network, with an additional eight games scheduled to be shown on NBCSports.com and the NBC Sports Extra App.

It's no surprise that NBC darlings Notre Dame are scheduled to appear in 12 out of the 19 broadcasts. Meanwhile, the NCHC weeps quietly in a corner. The Irish-heavy schedule leaves little rooms for teams in the West. Lake Superior will appear twice playing Notre Dame on the second weekend of the season, marking the WCHA's only appearance on the channel. Western Michigan is the NCHC's lone representative when they travel to Notre Dame on January 10th.
