CINCINNATI, OHIO -- Ferris State and North Dakota will meet in the Midwest Regional Final of the 2014 NCAA Hockey Tournament on Saturday at 6:30 ET from the US Bank Arena.

The Bulldogs advanced to Saturday's final with a 1-0 victory over Colgate. Gerald Mayhew scored a power play goal in the first period and C.J. Motte stopped all 36 shots he faced.

North Dakota catapulted to the final with a 5-2 triumph over Wisconsin, thanks to a Rocco Grimaldi hat trick that included two empty-net goals.

The winner will advance to the Frozen Four at the Wells Fargo Center in Philadelphia on April 10. North Dakota is looking for its first trip to college hockey's premier event since 2011. Ferris State is hoping to make its second trip in school history, the other coming in 2012.
