UMD Hockey: Aaron Crandall wins shootout, celebrates by doing "Bernie" dance (VIDEO)

No better representation of what the shootout means in college hockey.

Minnesota-Duluth senior goaltender Aaron Crandall has been on a roll lately. The Lakeville, MN native is coming off a week where he was named the NCHC goaltender of the week; his second time being honored. The Bulldogs, meanwhile, are tied for 13th in the Pairwise and have not lost in regulation since December 13th.

He also literally rolled.

Crandall celebrated a shootout win Friday night against Colorado College by doing the "Bernie" dance, which you can see above. It's an entertaining way to wrap up the extra NCHC league point although the game officially ended in a 2-2 tie. (Crandall's opposition in net, Tigers goalie Josh Thorimbert, made 50 saves.)

Matt Christians will have more on Minnesota-Duluth's series with Colorado College.
