BOSTON -- After a 6-2 win at Boston College on Friday, No. 3 Minnesota heads across town for a Saturday night contest to conclude its first weekend visit in Boston since 2005. For the first time since Nov. 13, 1987, Northeastern will host the Golden Gophers at historic Matthews Arena.

Faceoff is set for 7 p.m. The game can be streamed live for free on with Rob Rudnick and Robbie Vrolyk on the call.

Sophomore Vinni Lettieri scored his first two goals of the season on Friday night while senior Adam Wilcox made 24 saves to help the Gophers elevate to 4-0 against three different Hockey East opponents (9-1-1 since the start of 2012-13) and win their first true road game this season.

13 Minnesota skaters, including brothers sophomore Connor and juniors Mike and Ryan Reilly, recorded points against the Eagles. The game marked the first time all three Reilly brothers scored points in the same game in their careers.

Minnesota holds the all-time series edge over Northeastern at 8-5-0, but hasn't won in three prior visits to Matthews Arena. In their last meeting on Dec. 31, 2011, the Huskies won the Mariucci Classic title in Minneapolis with a 3-2 win over the home-standing Gophers.

NU won for the second straight Saturday last weekend, posting a 3-1 decision over Merrimack to split a Hockey East weekend. First-period goals by sophomores John Stevens and Dalen Hedges lifted the Huskies while senior Clay Witt made saves on 24 of 25 shots, including nine in the second period.
