The NHL Draft is this weekend. You may have seen us talk about it one or two, or over 60 times.
Anyway, if you'd like to follow along--and you really should!--here's all the information you need to know about it:
The first round of the draft will take place Friday evening, beginning at 7pm EST and scheduled to run to about 10pm, but the usual trades and general dithering means it will probably run a little longer than that. Television coverage will be on NBCSN in the US, and TSN in Canada.
Rounds 2-7 of the draft will take place the following morning beginning at 10am EST and going until all 210 picks are completed(again, expect a little over three hours). Television coverage for day two of the draft switches over to the NHL Network.
Here is the official draft order for all 210 picks over all seven rounds.
If you're not that familiar with some of the prospects available, here's some of the storylines to follow in this year's draft.
We also took our own stab at a Mock Draft for the first round of the draft.
And finally, if you want to place some bets with friends for fun, here are Bovada's proposition bets for this year's first round.
