USHL Protected List

The United States Hockey League (USHL) requires each team to submit a 30-man protected list and an 18-man affiliate list by July 10. By the time the season starts, all USHL teams are allowed a 23-man roster with an 18-man affiliate list.

Chris Dilks, the founder of SBNation's college hockey site, has uncovered the protected list for each USHL team for the 2013-14 season that was turned in on July 10th. There have been a few changes to each team's roster thanks to trades, NCAA decisions, etc., but it does provide a good baseline. The full protected lists and affiliate lists for all 15 USHL teams is available at the link at the top of this article.
