2013 Frozen Four: UMass-Lowell is the Vegas favorite

The 2013 Frozen Four kicks off from Pittsburgh this week, and Hockey East champion UMass-Lowell is the odds-on favorite to win the title according to the odds-makers.

The website SportsBet.com has the River Hawks listed as the favorite to win the title at +160. Quinnipiac is not far behind at +175, with St. Cloud State (+330) and Yale (+485) considered the long-shots.

As for individual games, UMass-Lowell is favored (-210) over Yale (+175), with an over/under of 5 (-110).

Quinnipiac (-145) is favored over St. Cloud State (+125), with an over/under of 5 (over -115, under -105).
