Gaudreau, Bazin, Gillies capture major Hockey East awards

Boston College sophomore forward Johnny Gaudreau was named the Hockey East Player of the Year tonight at the league's awards banquet. UMass-Lowell coach Norm Bazin won the Coach of the Year and Providence goaltender Jon Gillies was named the Rookie of the Year.
