USHL: Waterloo's Eamon McAdam robs Mike Brodzinski blind (VIDEO)

The Penn State commit took away what appeared to be a sure goal by Brodzinski en route to being named MVP of last night's USHL/NHL Top Prospects Game.

For once, defense shined brighter in an all-star game.

Waterloo Black Hawks goalie Eamon McAdam made a jaw-dropping save on Muskegon Lumberjacks defenseman Michael Brodzinski Wednesday night where on a pinch by the Minnesota commit, McAdam dove to his left to make an unbelievable glove save in front of a wide-open net.

The save occurred in the first period of the 2nd annual USHL/NHL Top Prospects Game in Muskegon, Michigan. Its purpose is to showcase draft eligible USHL players like MacAdam, who is committed to attend Penn State next year, by having them play against each other in front of NHL scouts.

The Waterloo goalie is currently ranked as the 7th-best North American goaltender by Central Scouting.

MacAdam was named MVP of the game, finishing with 11 saves in just over 30 minutes Wednesday as his Team West defeated Team East 2-1.
