WHNT, the CBS affiliate in Huntsville, is reporting that George Gwozdecky was seen with Alabama-Huntsville athletic director EJ Brophy Wednesday afternoon on the campus.

Alabama-Huntsville to subsidize other WCHA schools
The Chargers, who were invited to join the WCHA yesterday, join the two Alaska schools in subsidizing travel to other teams. The conference next year will have 10 teams that stretch from Alaska to Michigan to Alabama.

Alabama-Huntsville vote was unanimous, per report
According to Todd Milewski of USCHO.com, the WCHA made a strong statement by unanimously voting to admit the Chargers. Many of the same schools that turned down UAH's bid to join the CCHA accepted them this time.
