Minnesota incoming freshman forward Connor Reilly will miss the entire season due to a knee injury suffered at a team party, as reported by the Star-Tribune's Roman Augustoviz. Reilly wasn't expected to be a huge contributor to the Gopher lineup this season, but it certainly limits Minnesota's depth, and leaves them vulnerable in case of more traditional, on-ice injuries. Reilly also had knee surgery last season, but this injury appears to be on the knee that wasn't operated on last year.
The news comes the same week North Dakota suspended their four captains for an inappropriate team party, and less than a month after stories of wild parties involving the Boston University were made public.
