Reilly Smith and Drew Shore Next to Sign

The season ended for 12 more teams this past weekend, meaning we're likely to get another round of early departures for the pros.

The Dallas Stars signed Miami junior Reilly Smith to a three-year entry level contract. Smith was one of the most prolific goal scorers in college hockey this year, netting 30 goals along with 18 assists to lead the RedHawks.

Meanwhile, the agent of Denver's Drew Shore announced that Shore had agreed to terms on a deal with the Florida Panthers. Shore could have returned to the Pioneers for his senior season and had the opportunity to play with two of his brothers, with the added bonus of being able to test the waters of free agency after his senior year, but after a team-leading 53 points this season, he was likely ready for the next level.
