Wisconsin junior-to-be Derek Stepan has agreed to terms on a contract with the New York Rangers, giving up the last two years of his college eligibility. Stepan has definitely earned it with two fantastic seasons at Wisconsin. It's been interesting to watch just how fast he has risen over the past couple of years.
With Stepan gone, that means Wisconsin will lose seven of their top eight scorers off of last year's team, which leaves quite a bit of slack for the remaining players to pick up.
