Eau Claire Memorial defenseman Jake McCabe has accepted an offer to join the NTDP for next season. Meanwhile, a number of top schools are interested in McCabe. I got a chance to see McCabe skate at the Sioux Falls Stampede camp earlier this summer and he played very well. It should be interesting to see where he ends up.
Meanwhile, Buffalo area defenseman Alex Lepkowski signed with the Saginaw Spirit.
