I mentioned this as a Fanshot, but I'll put it here too. Andy Baggot at the Wisconsin State Journal wrote an article discussing Wisconsin not being ranked by Red Line Report in their annual recruiting class rankings. Like the article mentions, RLR should be taken with a pretty heavy grain of salt since they're really more focused on NHL prospects, and tend to miss out on older, but still potentially valuable players.
The Concord Monitor had a nice article on NHL prospects playing college hockey featuring Colin Wilson and James van Riemsdyk. It's a pretty positive article about USA Hockey.
The Faribault Daily News had a very good story on Faribault HS's Alex Larson who almost died during a game last season when he was struck in the chest by a shot. It's cool to see him back out on the ice.
