Quinnipiac head coach Rand Pecknold has continued to bring in more blue chip prospects as his program elevates in stature.

Vernon Vipers leftwing Logan Mick has committed to Quinnipiac University for the fall of 2015. The Armstrong, British Columbia native is beginning his second full season in the BCHL. He has a goal and an assist in 11 games played this season. Mick is a gritty player with good speed who will continue to develop once he gets stronger. His father, Troy Mick, was drafted by the Pittsburgh Penguins in the 1988 NHL Draft and played a few seasons of minor league hockey.
