Boston University-New Hampshire game honoring Jack Parker postponed to Monday due to weather

Jack Parker - Jared Wickerham

BOSTON -- The Hockey East contest between the University of New Hampshire and Boston University scheduled for Saturday at 7 p.m. has been postponed until Monday at 4 p.m., according to a source.

Boston University player and legendary, longtime coach Jack Parker was supposed to have his No. 6 Jersey raised to the rafters at Saturday's game. The ceremony honoring Parker will be moved to the game on Friday, Feb. 28 against Northeastern.

UNH survived a comeback bid by BU to win, 4-3, last night at the Whittemore Center in Durham.
